Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before or on October 31, 2019, registration fee is eligible for refund with the exception of refund handling charge(1).
No refund will be made for the cancellation received after November 1, 2019.
Note 1: Refund handling charges vary according to individual conditions. Details will be sent to the individuals by e-mail in the refund process.
Visa Support
Attendees should check if they are required to apply for a visa to enter Japan on the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

If your country is not exempted from visa application on the above website, please kindly inform your need of visa support to secretariat@POF2019.org.
We will send you the necessary documents for visa application.
Indispensable condition of the visa support:
*1. You have completed online registration.
*2. Your registration fee has been paid.
Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, the visa support cannot be available. Visa applications should be made at least one month before the intended travel dates. We strongly suggest you to inform us your request as early as possible.
